How Global Performance handles the personal data you share with us.
Barcelona · Sant CugatThis privacy policy explains how we handle the personal data you send through the “Work with us” form on our Contact page.
The controller of your personal data is Global Performance Sport, S.L. (CIF B65614018), with registered address at Carrer de Lleó XIII, 23, 08022 Barcelona. The internal contact authorised for data protection is Óscar Martínez Sánchez, acting on behalf of Global Performance Sport, S.L. For any privacy matter you can write to admin@globalpsports.com.
We process the data you send through the “Work with us” form to manage spontaneous job applications, assess your professional suitability, contact you in relation to selection processes and manage pre-contractual selection procedures.
The legal basis is the application of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6.1.b GDPR). The confirmation you tick when submitting the form records that you have been informed; it is not the main legal basis for processing your application.
We process your first and last name, email address, phone number, professional area or profile, presentation message, CV, and the academic and professional information you voluntarily include in your CV. Please do not send special category data (for example health, religion or political views) that is not necessary to assess your application.
Applications are kept for a maximum of 6 months from receipt and are then deleted, unless there is an active selection process, an applicable legal obligation or a new valid authorisation from you.
Your data may be accessed by authorised staff of Global Performance Sport, S.L., by Óscar Martínez Sánchez and by the Human Resources department, exclusively for selection purposes. Technology providers acting as data processors may also process the data on our behalf. The form is received and technically stored through our forms provider, and the authorised managers receive a notification of each new application; CVs are not sent as email attachments to third parties.
Our forms provider, Netlify, acts as a technology provider and data processor for the reception and technical storage of the forms, under Netlify’s Data Processing Agreement (DPA). Data may be processed from countries located outside the European Economic Area; where an international transfer takes place, it will be covered by the safeguards provided for in the GDPR and in Netlify’s DPA, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses where applicable. We do not claim that data is stored exclusively within the European Union.
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability where applicable, and withdraw your consent where processing is based on consent, without affecting processing carried out beforehand. To exercise these rights, write to admin@globalpsports.com, addressing your request to Global Performance Sport, S.L. We may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity.
If you consider that your rights have not been properly addressed, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish supervisory authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.
Access to applications is limited to authorised staff and used exclusively for selection. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures. CVs are not published on any public route, and applicants are not automatically added to commercial communications.
